This is a tape currently in my lawyers possession. It shows a healthy Doug Tobiasen
(Barbara's late husband) handing Barbara a semiautomatic rifle. She then shoulders
the weapon, yells fire in the hole and fires off about 20 rounds. She then compares
herself to Annie Oakley. As you can see, it has the original note from me (March 2000)
asking my attorney to show it to the DA and an evidence sticker from the June 2002
contempt hearing. It was brought to the Court and surrendered by Barbara as my
property then claimed by my attorney after the hearing. Who from the District Attorneys
Office provided this evidence to Barbara the subject on the tape, instead of using it as it
was intended, or returning it to myself or my attorney. It is clearly marked as to it's intent
and ownership. Was it the overzealous prosecutor Janie Burkhart who also allowed
Barbara to plead no contest to Mail Theft? Or was it someone else from the DA's
Office?
