had Secret and Nuclear Surety Clearances and worked with the Department of State both in the Middle
East and in Central America and in an MEDEVAC unit in Colorado. I left the Army to raise my daughter as
a single father in a small community. There is no prior history of any contact with law enforcement or any
other government agency.
After being refused entry to the Nursing Program at Blue Mountain Community College ( I graduated with
a 4.0 GPA and tutored Anatomy & Physiology and Chemistry), I am now pursuing a Biology major with
Chemistry minor from Eastern Oregon University.
Barbara (Tobiasen) Bare is a complete fraud and a pathological liar as her own statements
acknowledge. She lied about her age adding ten years, her education is high school not a PhD from
Stanford and she believed that she had a brother that she did not. The list goes on and on. Her lies
about her job setting up satellite stations was created to tie in with my military experience with SATCOM,
the education and age were meant to establish her "superiority". She may have even killed her former
husband. To date she has been convicted of felony perjury and mail theft.
The lies about her childhood are more sinister and were specifically designed to invoke my protective
nature as a father. The image of a ritually abused young blonde adolescent is no accident and was
intended to blind me to all else. This is not unlike the domestic violence claims which surfaced only
when she needed them.
Stephanie has entered a prestigious California University (not Stanford) as a Freshman this Fall and is
majoring in Chemistry
