Office, a conflict of interest which led to her making false statements to the Court. She was
present at the August 28th hearing in which Lahna Avery from SCF clearly states that there is
only one acceptable program. Her subsequent statements to the Court on 9/18 & 10/13 are
knowingly false regarding SCF's position. This is consistent with her statement to the Court
about her own integrity "I believe that most will agree, if the fate of my child depended on it, I
would admit to being a spoon". At the onset of this case she was working as a copy ship
and mail clerk, in the end she would be working full time at the District Attorneys office
personally refusing to investigate the burglary of my home by Barbara Bare.
