| Barbara Bare was allowed by Janie Burcart Chief Deputy District Attorney to plead no contest to one of five counts of Mail Theft. Perhaps it was decided to keep the scandal of the "District Carrier of the Year" bring a mail thief quiet. In an ironic twist, Barbara's Jeep Grand Cherokee was repossessed at her sentencing hearing by Mike Voss, one the victims listed in the second document line 15 from which she had stolen mail. |
