Barbara Bare was allowed by Janie Burcart Chief Deputy District Attorney to plead no contest to one of five counts of Mail Theft. Perhaps it was decided to keep the scandal of the "District Carrier of the Year" bring a mail thief quiet. In an ironic twist, Barbara's Jeep Grand Cherokee was repossessed at her sentencing hearing by Mike Voss, one the victims listed in the second document line 15 from which she had stolen mail.
									"Drove to Baker, sat through the union meeting. Judy nominated me for District Carrier of the Year. She said a whole lot of nice things that made me cry. I was vote(d) carrier of the year." From Barbara's diary April 9th.
	A very lenient sentence for someone who violated the public trust. Did Ms. Burcart also supply Barbara with the video taped evidence given to the DA by my attorney?
		Mr. Voss would repossess Barbara's Jeep while she was being sentenced
