the sale of our storage facility. Stephanie had taken money from her own savings account in 1994 and
bought a unit of lumber and was to receive 10% of the sale price ($4584). The only response to date
has been "Don't worry I have it" and the click of the telephone. Mrs. Lopez is in contempt for failing to
respond after having been ordered to appear on March 29th 2005. To date there has been no effort
made by the Court to hold Monica Lopez accountable either in Civil and/or Criminal Court for not
responding to the summons. Neither has there been any discussion of the criminal misappropriation
of $4584 in monies Court ordered into trust for Stephanie Bare.
