legal aide. He asked me about my complaint regarding SCF and asked me to cite three specific
problems. One of which was the perjury claim I had discussed with Detective Montgomery. On
Febraury 19th, 2003 during a 30 minute telephone conversation with Mr. Christiansen , I asked
repeatedly for a statement of what specifically had been asked of SCF and what their response was.
He stated over and over that to do so would put them in a "precarious position", but that Jerry Buzzard
had assured him there were no problems. I have linked this page to Detective Montgomery's affidavit
which after two months of preparation, went unsigned after I provided Rep. Jenson's office with Det.
Montgomery's name and contact information in the following e-mails. I will reserve judgement until I
contact Representative Jenson for an explanation and he has an opportunity to respond, but it would
appear that Det. Montomery was warned that his involvement would put him in a precarious position
as well.
