and Barbara's contains one of the references to the rape and murder attempt on page 3. Remember
as you read them that I was being evaluated as a "batterer" and Barbara as a "placement resource".
Dr. Starr called me after his evaluation to inform me he was "clearing me of all allegations of sexual
misconduct regarding the hot tub incident." It is this information we were seeking when we issued the
supeona for my evaluation. Information which has been purposefully withheld by SCF. Items that were
not provided that are directly addressed in my evaluation are marked with an .
