It is SCF's refusal to allow Barbara to take Stephanie to California that triggered her "episode"
similar to one she had in Portland in 1994 which lasted several days. This time when she recovers
however she lies about being raped by two of my friends (information inadvertently included in a
Union Family Health Center document as well as in her psychological evaluation) who then tried to
