had no problem allowing this into the perjury proceedings. The next letter is Mr. DeNault's
rejection of evidence I gave to the La Grande City Police Department Desk Sargent as well as
his explanation and reiteration of the threat of the Officer of the Court. Listed at the end of this
letter are the materials that were returned by Mr. DeNault which include a letter from me to
Judge Mendiguren which was kept from the Judge. On page 1 is a letter and personal
response from Judge Mendiguren when I reported Mr. DeNault's inappropriate intervention in
my Stalking Protective Order request in September 2000.
