the amount of $9,000 + attorney fees in the following contempt action. It was clear to the Judge that
Mrs. Bare was again lying calling her testimony "fishy". I don't know if this is better or worse than the
testimony that resulted in her perjury conviction which the Judge deemed "bullshit". I hope that the
Judge will look at the material posted that was returned by the Clerk of the Court with particular
attention to Mr. DeNaults response to my letter dated April 1, 2004 which details the original false
report and the subsequent perjury which began this nightmare.
