I brought this letter to Court on January 3rd when Jean Brookbank brought in the Protective Custody Report stating that the Wards were "unavailable". It is my inquiries into this discrepancy which prompted the subsequent change in status of the Wards and the lie about Detective Montgomery and her (not Barbara Bare) deciding the Wards were not an appropriate placement option.
