"Because he has been her most consistent parent, this child has aligned herself with a controlling, needy father who has difficulty separating his own needs, emotional experiences and relationship history from his daughter's. As a consequence, this child demonstrates "parentified" emotional functioning in which her emotions and needs are often expressed in the collective "we" also used by her father. While some of this dynamic may be attributed to an emotional reality experienced by many single parents and their children, it is this worker's assessment that the dynamic of domestic violence has also conditioned this child to view and describe her family's life in terms of the controlling members needs and realities. Additionally, her father has actively identified her stepmother's needs and vulnerabilities with "mental illness"."

There were only 2 felony charges not 5, both were felonies because of my daughters presence

One placement we identified was Stephanies Godparents deemed "to old" thus inappropriate. the other placement was the Wards. It was only when I showed SCF the letter from Mrs. Ward that they change their status to "unacceptable".

                                             Here is one of the more damaging lies told by Jean Brookbank from page 6 of the 147A:

"Mr. Bare's daughter and Monica Lopez both have made reference to at least two incidents in which Mr. Bare was involved in
violence; military records have not been requested and documentation to prove or disprove this information has not been
accessed."

In addition to the fact that there was no violence to report, Stephanie was 20 months old when Monica and I separated and she
was just a few months past her 3rd birthday when I left the Army. Could it be that Jean Brookbank who (in addition to being recently
divorced) had been raised by an abusive father who was career military,actively identified Barbara's mental illness with legitimate
needs and had difficulty separating her emotional experiences and relationship history with that of my daughter? Her testimony
speaks for itself
